All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please please submit a request on our Returns Portal by clicking the link below. Note, you will need your ORDER NUMBER and zip code. If you don’t know your order number, it will be in your initial shipping email you received from us. If you cannot find it, please email us at [email protected], and we will help you find it.
Note you must return the original product and preferably in the original packaging.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
